On Sept. 2, Filbrandt bought a pitcher and accused the bartender of ripping him off. The bartender's boyfriend was sitting at the bar and asked why she would cheat him.
Filbrandt called the manβs aunt a name. He walked away from the bar, grabbed a pool cue, hit the victim on the left side of the head and ran out of the bar with the stick in his hand, the complaint alleges.
