Men Caught Selling Cocaine in Brookfield, Waukesha

Two Milwaukee suspects agreed to sell large amounts of cocaine to undercover officers.

Two Milwaukee men are facing multiple felony charges after they allegedly sold cocaine to undercover police officers in Brookfield and Waukesha.

According to the criminal complaint:

Jose Gallegos Ramirez, 35, and Constantino Lopez Andres, 38, sold $1,250 worth of cocaine to undercover officers at a Brookfield business on Aug. 4. They sold $7,800 of cocaine to officers in the parking lot of a Waukesha business on Sept. 15.

During the first transaction, investigators met with Ramirez in his van after he got the drugs from another man. On the second transaction Ramirez retrieved the drugs from Andres, who was in another car in the parking lot.

Police then raided Andres’ home in the 1000 block of South 2th Street in Milwaukee where they seized more than 100 grams of cocaine.

If convicted of all charges, Ramirez faces up to 63 years in prison and Andres, 43 years in prison.
