Police report: Marijuana, Trespassing and Bougey's Bar Fight

Concerns about trespassing in homes near were raised after teens were walking through a broken restaurant fence and across private property, according to police reports.

Representatives at McDonald's, 300 N. Moorland Road, said the restaurant will repair the two broken segments of the fence across from the drive-through lane. A Mount Vernon Avenue resident called police about 3:30 p.m. Saturday to complain that two teens were walking through the fence onto land owned by AT&T. Neighbors have said they don't want trespassing and litter from restaurant patrons. 

In other recent police calls:

• Four teenage males were smoking marijuana in a car before coming to , 16900 W. Gebhardt Road, on Feb. 22, reports say. An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence when school officials called police after smelling marijuana smoke on four students, including the driver. The other students - all males  - were 15 or 16 years old.
• A man stole bottles of cologne from , 115 S. Moorland Road, and fled about 5 p.m. Feb. 21. Police stopped him and issued a municipal citation for retail theft. 
• At least one mailbox in the 2500 block of El Rancho Drive might have been damaged from "overspray" from city plow work on Sunday morning. Police told the resident to notify city highway crews. 
• Police issued a first-offense drunken driving citation against a 50-year-old man pulled over at 2:34 p.m. Sunday near North Calhoun Road and Holly Lane.
• A woman was cited for first-offense drunken driving outside the , 400 S. Moorland Rd., shortly after midnight Sunday.
• A representative of Victory Church was warned about conducting door-to-door solicitations after the church's solicitation permit had expired. A caller told police the church representative was canvassing the neighborhood along Chancery Court at noon Saturday.
• Police officers responding to an animal complaint at 8 p.m. Saturday found "half-eaten skeletal remains of a deer" outside a house in the 1400 block of N. Calhoun Road. Officers referred the homeowner to the and a handyman for removal  of the carcass.
• Six suspects were issued municipal citations for prowling and theft after an investigation found they had entered vehicles without consent on Vernon and Heather Hill drives and stole six golf clubs and two bottles of cologne. After a resident called police after 1 p.m. Saturday about some teens' suspicious behavior, officers followed footprints in the snow and found those responsible.
• A woman locked her running car with her sleeping 1-year-old daughter inside, outside , 1260 S. Moorland Rd. Police who responded to the call at 11:22 p.m. Friday were able to unlock the power-controlled door, and the child was fine.
• A fight at , 16760 W. Greenfield Ave., led to issuance of a municipal citation for disorderly conduct for a 25-year-old man. Seven squads responded to the fight at 11:26 p.m. Friday and were told eight people were pushing each other. Some were picking up bar stools, as women screamed and "a lot of people were on the ground," according to reports.
• Police were investigating damage to lights outside a home in the 15200 block of Phoenix Avenue that occurred between 5:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Friday. The owner returned home and found two lights smashed on the side of the garage. The owner's snow shovel was lying under the broken lights. 
• A 73-year-old woman was cited for first-offense drunken driving after another motorist called police to report a motorist was swerving and driving into the median in the westbound lanes of Blue Mound Road about 8:30 p.m. Friday. According to reports, police were informed the car was traveling as slow as 10 mph and as fast as 50 mph and that the driver "just threw up in her lap." The car was stopped off Corporate Drive.
• A Brookfield woman told police she was concerned that a 25-year-old Milwaukee man with whom she had just ended a relationship was impersonating a U.S. Marshal. She told police on Friday that the man said he was a marshal and a sniper in the Marines and wore a belt with a handgun, clips and a handcuff. She said she checked out a state criminal record database and found he had an entry for impersonating a peace officer. Police released an informational teletype about the individual.
• Someone dropped off at the police station a large set of keys found near High Knoll and Wetzel lanes. 
• Someone stole 2012 vehicle registration stickers off a 2005 Chevy Impala owned by a woman in the 16000 block of Hillside Drive. The owner said she didn't know where they were taken but it was sometime between Feb. 16 and 25.
