A juvenile prank prompted an unusual message on an electronic construction sign asking motorists to "show me your ...."

Juvenile pranksters got points for tech savvy but knocks for crude immaturity by changing an electronic construction sign to a New Orleans-style message.

A motorist along Capitol Drive near Pilgrim Road called police about 11:30 p.m. Saturday to report a sign with an unusual message.

Instead of providing detour information, the electronic letters appeared to have been reprogrammed to show a new message: "show me your (female body parts)."

The sign was turned off and a note was left for the city Highway Department to fix it.
