On Nov. 7, an undercover police officer working with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit set up a drug deal with Williams, who agreed to sell him $200 worth of crack in the parking lot of a grocery store located in the 12700 block of West Capitol Drive. Williams and another woman met the detective in the lot and completed the deal.
