'Yup, That's Cocaine' Says Woman to Elm Grove Police

The Milwaukee woman, charged in Waukesha County court, also had some interesting statements about field sobriety tests.

Then there’s the Milwaukee woman stopped by Elm Grove police last week on suspicion of drunk driving.

Erika Wilson responded to requests for field sobriety tests by saying, “I know this one and I’m refusing to do it,” according to a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County court.

Later, at the police station, police found a white powdery substance in her wallet. Wilson announced, “yup, that’s cocaine.”

For her forthright manner — and her .22 blood-alcohol level — Wilson was charged with her fourth OWI, a felony, and misdemeanor cocaine possession.
