Scholaris Gifted Academy Update & Parent Meeting 2/26
The students at Scholaris Gifted Academy are still basking in the success of their first annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser! We definitely have some entrepreneurs and dedicated students at SGA. These young scholars sought out and collected donations, created the advertising and oversaw the marketing of the event, made and sold beautiful bracelets, wired the event with an awesome sound system, designed and manged carnival games, politely served beverages, carefully reset tables, researched and taste tested the "best" pancake recipe, and followed up with personal notes of thanks to all those who donated items. They are all an inspiration to the staff and they are the reason SGA exists.
Parent Meetings
Parents in the Scholaris Gifted Academy community organize monthly meetings to discuss the developmental needs of gifted learners. Meetings are held on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm at the Fiddleheads Cafe in Mequon, 10530 N. Port Washington Road. Anyone with an interest in gifted learners is invited to attend these free informational discussions.

Super Science Saturdays
Our Super Science Saturdays with Jerry Hoefs from Brain Brigade is FULL for March. We are considering holding an additional Lego Robotics program in April. Please contact the school if you would like to be contacted about future dates.

Scholaris Gifted Academy hosts monthly open houses for families interested in learning more about the needs of gifted learners. Our goal is to assist families of gifted learners and provide the needed educational, social, and emotional support.

Summer Convocation
Scholaris Gifted Academy is pleased to announce our inaugural Summer Convocation!
Sessions include:

Imagine, Construct, and Fly! - July 14-18
Music! Words! Create! Perform!...Opera! - July 7-11 & 14-18
We are also offering a Young Scholar's Adventure for our youngest learners (K3 through K5). SGA's Summer Convocation are programs designed to challenge and nurture curious, imaginative and creative thinkers.
