Free Fibromyalgia Workshop!

UNDERSTANDING
FIBROMYALGIA: A Holistic Approach to Chronic Pain and Fatigue:
Natural
solutions to a misunderstood condition. Are you suffering from fatigue,
depression, continuing aches and pains, and sleeplessness? Workshop
participants will gain an understanding of the causes of this syndrome. Learn
non-drug solutions. According to the National Institute of Arthritis and
Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS), approximately 3.7 million Americans
have Fibromyalgia. That is 1 in every 73 people. Fibromyalgia is the second
most common rheumatic ailment after osteoarthritis (American College of
Rheumatology). Far from being a “waste-basket” diagnosis for an unknown
condition, Fibromyalgia is a symptom of overall poor health. The pharmaceutical
companies are now profiting from this condition with the introduction of new
drugs to “treat” it, including the newest antidepressant-class drug called
Savella®. This prescription drug will bear the same “black box warning” as
other antidepressants regarding the increased risk of suicidal thinking and
behavior in children, adolescents and young adults. It joins the ranks of other
drugs, ie: Lyrica®, which has previously been used in the treatment of seizures
and for pain due to Diabetes-induced nerve damage, as well as Cymbalta®, which
was previously used to treat depression, anxiety and diabetic peripheral
neuropathy (nerve damage). Unfortunately, these dangerous drugs are the only
“known” solution to Fibromyalgia sufferers. This PowerPoint presentation will
educate your audience on how a holistic approach which encompasses nutrition,
diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes such as stress reduction, detoxification
and natural healthcare, will help them manage this condition and return them to
a healthier, happier lifestyle. "From the last three Fibromyalgia
workshops I have done, I signed up 52 people. The presentation is awesome and
the material is extremely informative. I’ve gotten nothing but positive
feedback from all who attend." —Brian Hymewitz, Lumberton, NJ.

Your audience will
learn:
The definition of the term ‘Fibromyalgia’. Detailed statistical
information about Fibromyalgia. The symptoms, Trigger Point Therapy and
treatment options available. Alternative methods for addressing Fibromyalgia
and chronic pain symptoms through chiropractic adjustments.
