Healthy Eating Starts at the Grocery Store

Join Brookfield resident and registered dietitian, Heather Klug, MEd, RD, CD for a grocery store tour.  She'll provide valuable tips for making healthy food choices and answer your questions about healthy eating.  A gift certificate to Metro Market will also be provided. 

Two tours will be held on Tuesday March 6th from 6:30-7:30 pm and Wednesday March 7th from 1:30-2:30 pm.  Cost is $10 and limited to 12 people.  Call the Karen Yontz Center at (414) 649-5767 to register.
