Brookfield East High School made the Washington Post’s 2014 list of America’s Most Challenging High School.
In the national rankings of 1,900 public and private schools, Brookfield East was ranked the 980th Most Challenging High School in America.
The Washington Post’s formula, the Challenge Index, takes the total number of Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and Advanced International Certificate of Education tests given at a school each year and is divided by the number of seniors who graduated in May or June.
