I'm sorry, but I'm going to believe Alison's blog, as well as several other prior customers that had negative experiences from Sharon's. I went with a friend a couple years ago while she was undergoing treatment for Stage 3 breast cancer. We were not greeted when we walked in the store, we were "gestured" towards the back of the store to view less than 10 wig selections for the younger client/patient. Furthermore, when my friend asked to try one one of the wigs, the woman huffily came over and shoved the stocking on, and then just shoved the wig on her head. Made no effort to actually help, or adjust, or truly talk to either of us.

I don't doubt that Sharon's is great to it's older clientele, most who've probably been visiting her salon for the full 40+ years in business. However, when it comes to cancer and tumor patients who happen to be in their late 20s and 30s, the business lacks empathy, lacks compassion, and lacks professionalism.
