A look back:

Despite Stars' goals by Patrick O'Brien and Matt Fosdick, Brookfield never recaptured the lead.

Brookfield had five penalties — and Wausau West capitalized on almost every one by scoring four power-play goals.

The Stars, on the other hand, scored just once in four power-play chances.

Brookfield goaltender Jacob Murnane finished the game with 24 saves. His counterpart, Sam Wiegert, stopped 26 out of 29 shots on goal.
