First impression pros: Big building, big playground , large indoor space for when children need to stay inside for cold weather, inexpensive tuition, close to home.

First impressions cons: No one greeted me when I first walked in, I had to approach a teacher, there was no lock on the door, toys were piled high, shelves looked slightly unstable...20+kids per classroom.

We choose to send our daughter here mostly for travel convenience and costs. It is an inexpensive daycare center and the low costs was a big appeal to us at the time. I can honestly say I feel like the worst mom for ever sending my daughter there.

1) Teachers are rude, do not say hi to you when you come in morning.
2) They do not attempt to console child, and if they do the effort is minimal
3) Heard them yell multiple times at children, when not necessary
4) Would not allow my 3 year old to keep her blanket and stuffed animal when she first arrived, making her more anxious than she already was
5) After I spoke with the teachers (at least 5 times) about wearing a diaper at nap time, almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I would bring her sleeping bag home it would smell like dry pee...she would pee in it and it would dry before she woke up so the teachers would not notice. disgusting.

My daughter would scream every morning going there and tell me how she didn't like it. At her new daycare, she never cries, has welcoming teachers and every time I pick her up I hear about something new she learned. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Extremely disappointed. Saving a few extra dollars is not
