Libertarian Party of WI To Hold Press Conference 2/17 State Capitol

The Libertarian Party will be holding a press conference at the Wisconsin State Capitol 1st floor rotunda on Monday, February 17th at 12 PM to announce the 2014 campaign plan and introduce candidates for office including candidates for Governor, Robert Burke of Hudson WI, Secretary of State candidate Andy Craig of Milwaukee, and Attorney General candidate Tom Nelson of Madison.

“Every poll is clear, the voters want another choice on the ballot,” says Robert Burke. “We are clearly not going to fix this by electing different people to the two teams that created the problem.”

"We are offering a choice that's being denied by the pick-your-poison establishment," says Andy Craig, Libertarian candidate for Secretary of State. "This election we will properly frame the 2014 debate: Authoritarian vs. Libertarian."

“It’s a bold plan,” says state party chair Paul Ehlers. “We are calling it the Wisconsin Liberty Coalition and our focus is bringing back hope to young people of Wisconsin who are unemployed and deep in student and public debt.”

Across America there is a housing bubble, a student loan bubble, a government debt bubble, and a trust in government bubble; and they are all popping. The Libertarian Party of Wisconsin is committed to persevere through the crisis of confidence these events always create. Throughout history it is in these times of duress that countries go to war, give up freedoms, and worst of all, elect tyrants. This time the Libertarian Party of Wisconsin intends to offer peace, freedom, and an end to this debt and death paradigm.
