Terrible customer service, poor product quality, a very unfriendly return policy and overall bad attitude toward customer issues seems to be the story of CityLights. Special order items cannot be returned, in-stock items are subject to a ridiculous 50% restocking fee for returns. I had a problem with a special order item I purchased and CityLights made little effort to help and never took ownership of the issue. They acted like it was my fault for ordering the product from that manufacturer. All they wanted to do was find a quick fix so I'd go away rather than make things right. Do your research on the web before you go to City Lights, you'll find this is only one of a great many poor reviews they've received.
