Because of the fact! they don't give you enough room to explain your situation in detail.I will make this short.Cindy the Manager of the Brookfield store service was horrible).Not saying all the stores are the same but her customer service was horrible and her product knowledge of store was sad! needless to say me and my family will not go to that location again.we will drive the extra mile to get proper service.
