Candidate Questions
Why are you running for this office?
I m running for re-election as the 4th district alderman because I feel my experience as a business executive and as an elected official will continue to provide valuable insight to the council.
What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?
Keeping Brookfield a AAA-rated community with premier services and low taxes.
What is the biggest problem you see and how will you address it, if elected?
The biggest problem I see is keeping Brookfield an affordable, desired place to live, raise families and work. This will require a good redevelopment plan that will promote an adequate commercial base for real estate tax purposes. It will also require a balance between holding down costs, while at the same time preserving the assets we have that contribute to our quality of life.
What do you like most about Brookfield?
Brookfield has the safety of a small town but the conveniences that are provided by a big city.
What sets you apart from the other candidates, if contested?
36 year resident
8 years on the Police & Fire Commission
1 1/2 years Common Council member
35 years international business experience
