FoundedMore in 1929, the Wisconsin Memorial Park is a beautiful burial ground with maples, oaks and pine trees that make it a park-like environment. There are several burial options available including traditional ground burial, mausoleum crypts and crematory alternatives. Its Memorial Building is a mansion-like facility housing two chapels that can comfortably accommodate just more than 200 guests. The chapels are both available  during the day and in the evening.

With roots as deep as 1842 and officially organized in 1962, the Unitarian Universalist Church West describes itself asMore a "liberal religion growing out of the Judaic and Christian traditions." Church members will celebrate UUCW's 50th anniversary in 2012. Sermons are available to listen via podcast from the church's website here. Sunday masses are held at 9:15am and 11am from Labor Day through Memorial Day, with one mass at 9:15am in the summer.
