Chamber of Commerce Sets Up Fund For Businesses Dealing With Tragedy
First proceeds to go to Azana Salon & Spa, scene of mass shooting in October.
The Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce has set up a fund to help businesses in the community deal with workplace tragedy, with the first proceeds to go to Azana Salon & Spa. "The Chamber acknowledges the need for the funds already established to help the victims and their families, and the Chamber board of directors felt it important to show their support to the business owner and the re-establishing of her business in the community,” said Carol White, the chamber's president, in a statement.
