A man pulled a box cutter knife and threatened to cut two Pick ‘n Save employees who were trying to stop him from stealing hygiene items, charges allege. David Willis, 51, of Milwaukee, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with felony intimidation of a victim, retail theft and disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon. If convicted, he faces up to 11 years in prison and $36,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Friday, Willis was inside the Pick ‘n Save store located at 12735 W. Pick 'n Save has been throwing me some cheapskate curveballs recently. First they messed with their sale schedule making my head spin...thank goodness we're back on track.
