There are bad choices some people make just because they're not really thinking, and then there are just awful choices some people make because they're not paying attention to anyone but themselves. And there are some places you just don't go to spy on a woman. At 1:30 a.m. Jan. 12, a 28-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for prowling after an employee of Westmoor Country Club reported about an hour earlier that a man was crouched in hiding by the pool house with a pair of binoculars trained toward Brookfield Square mall. The Wesmoor employee said that when he was seen, the man jumped up, ran to a tan Toyota Corolla and fled.
