A West Allis man broke into cars at a Town of Brookfield hotel so he could get money to buy drugs, charges allege. Jacob L. Anderson, 23, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with three counts of entry into a locked vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to 33 months in prison and $31,500 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Aug. 21, Anderson wanted to buy drugs but needed money. His girlfriend was driving him to Madison but he didn't know anyone in Madison so he "faked" a phone call to have his girlfriend get off I-94 at Barker Road and take him to the Quality Inn in the Town of Brookfield.
