A New Berlin man is charged with his seventh drunken driving offense – with a .022 percent blood alcohol concentration – after police say he was driving without a seatbelt at Greenfield Avenue and Moorland Road in Brookfield on Monday, according to a criminal complaint. Ray A. Pousha, 52, was charged Tuesday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with operating while intoxicated-seventh offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration-seventh offense. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison and $25,000 in fines. Pousha was released from the Waukesha County Jail on Wednesday after paying $1,000 bail.
