21-year-old suspect faces more than two years in prison after authorities say he grabbed the buttocks of two women and lied to police about it.
A 21-year-old Waukesha County man was charged Friday in connection with the sexual assaults of two women near the Marquette University campus last week. Kendrick L. Mitchell of Oconomowoc is accused of grabbing the buttocks of both women in two separate incidents and then lying to police about it. He was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and one count of obstructing an officer. If convicted, he faces up to 27 months in prison and $30,000 in fines. Criminal complaint alleges Brookfield suspect assaulted sister inside a West Allis house and allegedly once paid her to perform oral sex on him.
A 19-year-old Brookfield man is facing charges after he allegedly forced his sister to have sex with him. According to the criminal complaint, the man, who is not being named in order to protect the identity of the victim, began to touch the girl and then had sex with her while the two were inside a house in West Allis. She told investigators she had sexual contact with her brother for several years and in 2009, he even paid her $10 to perform oral sex on him. The man is charged with one felony count of sexual assault of a child under 16 years old. If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.

A Brookfield man was sentenced Monday to 30 years in prison for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old Menomonee Falls girl at a Wauwatosa apartment. Sunil K. Singh, 49, also was ordered to serve 10 years on extended supervision after his prison release, which means he will be on parole until he is 89, according to Wisconsin Circuit Court Access records. Singh's prison time will be reduced by the 407 days he has served in jail. Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Conen told Singh he can no have contact with the girl or her family, must maintain absolute sobriety and undergo alcohol and sexual offender assessments and treatment as recommended.
