The honors keep pouring in for Brookfield's Nora Collins. The 18-year-old singer/songwriter, who was named the Wisconsin Area Music Industry's Rising Star earlier this year, has been selected as the "Breaking Out Artist of the Week" by The Country Network. TCN will feature Collins' music video "Dimples Filled with Lies" in its "Top 20 Countdown" program on Sunday.
