Opening Round: Title Boxing Club Cuts the Ribbon on New Brookfield Fitness Gym

Teaching fitness through the conditioning that boxers undergo before they step into the ring, Title Boxing Club sounds the opening bell

New Business: Giving Your Paunch a One-Two Punch

Just opened, Title Boxing Club keeps clients swinging at a more effective workout in an unconventional environment

The lineup of boxing dummies inside the space at Title Boxing Club should be a good indication that this won't be your average workout studio. According to a release from Title, the workouts they will offer incorporate "total body boxing and kickboxing" and says the one-hour session can burn up to 1,000 calories. The newest club will be opening on Feb. 16 at 17115 W Bluemound Road (corner of Bluemound and Calhoun), and will offer a "Power Hour" workout. The club focuses on "intense, fun and effective group boxing exercises that change members emotionally and physically, …
