Sheepshead or poker. Reading the rosary. Name game. Painting. These are simple and rewarding activities our participants thoroughly enjoy. Minimum visit of once per month, anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours per visit, depending on the activity. United Way in Waukesha County celebrated their 2011 Campaign success on Feb. 7 at their annual campaign appreciation breakfast. This year, United Way in Waukesha County exceeded its goal of $4.3 million by raising $4.35 million. The breakfast featured more than 200 attendees and represented many local businesses and organizations. 2011 Campaign Co-Chairs, John Robertstad of ProHealth Care, Inc. and Joan Shafer of We Energies, were also honored.
