Brookfield Man Caught With Pills in His Shoes, Pipes in His Car

Suspect tells police he's "a pot head" but denies knowledge of the drugs stashed in his shoes.

A Brookfield man is facing felony charges after he was caught driving through the Town of Brookfield with alcohol and marijuana pipes inside his car and pills hidden inside his shoe. Dalton Moon, 20, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one count of possession of a controlled substance. According to the criminal complaint: At 5:09 a.m. March 10, a Town of Brookfield patrol officer spotted a car driving near Black Forest Drive and Timberline Drive with a light out that was registered to a person with a suspended license. Brookfield Woman Charged With Passing Forged Prescriptions

Woman got prescription forms in the mail that she used to obtain drugs from area pharmacies, a criminal complaint alleges.

A Brookfield woman allegedly passed forged prescriptions at area Walgreens Pharmacies, criminal charges allege. Jennifer N. Kaye, 26, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and one count of identity theft for financial gain. According to the criminal complaint: Kaye went to a Waukesha Walgreens Monday and filled a prescription for 120 tablets of Amphetaime. The pharmacist filled the prescription, but the next day thought it was strange and contacted the doctor who wrote it. He discovered Kaye was the former patient of the doctor and the prescription was a forgery. He also discovered Kay had passed similar forgeries at Walgreens locations in the Town of Brookfield …

Man with Drugs Caught Breaking Into Cars at The Majestic

Suspect has marijuana and amphetamine in his wallet while he and another man broke into cars in the parking lot of the Town of Brookfield movie theater.

An Oconomowoc man caught breaking into cars at the Marcus Majestic Cinema had marijuana and amphetamine in his wallet, a criminal complaint alleges. Michael C. Ardellini, 20, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of a controlled substance. If convicted, he faces up to one year in county jail and $5,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: Town of Brookfield police were called to the movie theater Jan. 9 after employees found Ardellini and another man breaking into cars in the parking lot. Ardellini fled the scene, but employees caught the other man. Officers combed the area looking for Ardellini and eventually found him hiding inside the theater. Police found marijuana and a white …
