Rummage Sale Starts Row Between Man and His Sister's Boyfriend
A Brookfield man faces charges after he allegedly tried to choke his sister and strike her boyfriend after an argument about rummage sale items, prosecutors say.
A man pointed an Airsoft pellet gun at his sister’s boyfriend’s head during an altercation that erupted when they asked him about items he was selling at their rummage sale. Bradley E. Bohacheff, 24, of Brookfield, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday with disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to 180 days in jail and $2,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: The victim and her boyfriend were selling items at a rummage sale held at a residence in the 13600 block of West Lisbon Road when a customer began to ask questions about stereo equipment the victim's brother was selling.
