Muskego.Food.Pantry, Neighbor

Established in 2008, the Muskego Food Pantry has been growing steadily since its opening.  From our humble beginnings inside E.J. Salentine Buick, we now occupy a wonderful space in the Muskego Industrial Park. In 2010, we served over 1800 families and logged over 5400 volunteer hours.  With the current economic situation, an average of 5 to 8 new families sign up for assistance every week. We promote 'neighbors helping neighbors.' No one in need is ever turned away; all that is needed is a form of ID. As well as traditional non-perishable food items, we give out fresh produce and dairy, meals from local restaurants, toiletries, and pet food. The Pantry is open for donations every Thursday from 9am to noon, and open to the public every Thursday from 1-6pm and the first and third Saturdays of each month from 9am to noon. Arrangements may also be made to drop off donations by appointment.

Monetary and food donations and volunteers are always welcome and needed.
