Have you ever been to this complex? I urge you to drive out there. The homeowners that are complaining are not even close to the range of the lights in question. The owners of 5 Diamonds brought out a rep from the light manufacturer and installed additional hardware to the lighting to assure they would not be an issue. The homeowners are the ones being unreasonable. Take a drive out and decide for yourself.

ReplyIf a poloce officer asks to search you they do not have probable cause. They can frisk you without permission, but if they feel something suspicious that gives them probable cause. This guy told the police they had his permission and admitted he had a weapon. He should have denied the search in hopes the pat down yielded nothing.

They did not charge her with possession because they had cooked and injected all of the heroin already. I'm betting the prescription drugs they found weren't opiates either otherwise those would have been gone too. You think this junkie story was different because you knew them, but we'll always know she admitted to police that she injected the fatal dose. I'm not saying she won't get away with it. It all depends on when they read her miranda warning and the level of legal counsel she can afford.
She's innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but in the court of public opinion she is GUILTY. -

ReplyI am confident that David Towers is making a change he believes is in the best interest of faculty and students. I personally never saw the need to carry a backpack during the day in high school. Prepare for the real world: find a way and adapt.

ReplyJoe the Plumber is a clown. He tried to make everyone believe he was a business owner, but in the end he "just wanted to own a business in the future." Now he just wants to move to the northwoods of Wisconsin and hopes he can find a job. Clown!
